Service and Support

ATC has a Service Engineering Team that supports a variety of customer needs. Foremost it is ATC philosophy that a rapid response to urgent customer needs is the highest priority.  To that end, ATC has regionally placed service engineers as well a team based in Cookeville.  The Service Team supports; customer service requests, service support contracts, retrofits to existing ATC equipment, and small standalone automation projects.  The combination of the original equipment Design and Build Team as well as the Service Team provide the highest level of customer support.

ATC also provides a variety of on-site Service and Support Programs. We have successfully installed resident engineers at the customer sites to support customer needs on both a permanent and temporary basis.  ATC can also provide a service contract where Service Hours are “Pre Purchased.” This is useful for customers who have both planned and unplanned service needs.  ATC would is able to customize a Service and Support Program to meet the customer’s needs.

ATC service engineers are regionally placed to provide rapid response to customer support requests. Our service engineers work closely with the Design and Build teams to assure seamless support and when possible, participate in FAT and SAT activities.
